The 100-point framework
FlatFit scoring reserves 25 points for space and storage, 20 for noise and floor friendliness, 20 for stability and safety, 15 for setup and usability, 10 for Indian service and ownership, and 10 for value.
Category-specific protocols define how those points are earned. Raw dimensions and observations remain visible so readers do not have to trust a single summary number.
Evidence labels
Hands-on tested means the named model was used through a documented protocol. Physically inspected means dimensions and construction were checked without a full ownership test. Research-only means the assessment relies on manufacturer documents, service checks and market research.
What we record
The standard test card includes exact model and variant, acquisition method, open and stored dimensions, active clearance, weight, setup time, floor behaviour, noise context, user fit, warranty and service information, test date and update history.
