Push-Up Boards in India: Five Models to Research

Five current Amazon.in candidates in alphabetical brand order, with floor-contact claims separated from tile and marble evidence, colour labels separated from exercise proof, and every discovered catalogue conflict kept visible.

01

Five research-only push-up-board candidates

These five candidates are ordered alphabetically by brand, not by preference. Every card keeps marketplace and first-party catalogue statements separate from the measurements FitForFlats still needs.

Use the cards to eliminate floor-contact, handle-fit, accessory, storage and support mismatches. Inclusion does not establish stability, exercise targeting or a purchase recommendation.

Option 01

FitBox Sports · PushUpBoard / SKU Push-Up Board

FitBox Sports 15+ Push-Up Board

FitBox Sports and Amazon describe a foldable board for more than 15 handle arrangements. The Amazon size and weight fields are not credible storage evidence because the brand catalogue leaves those fields blank and neither source diagrams the measurement state.

May suit
May suit a shopper who wants a basic colour-marked slot board and is prepared to verify the delivered handles, socket engagement, underside pads and true open and folded envelope before use.
Skip if
You need a documented load limit, resistance-band attachment, measured tile or marble performance, product-specific warranty, or reliable dimensions before ordering.

Research-only · listing evidence

This model has not been hands-on tested by FitForFlats. Facts below come from the named listings or documents and were checked on .

Exact-product identity
Amazon identifies model and part number PushUpBoard, while the first-party catalogue uses the generic SKU Push-Up Board and a near-matching 15+ title. The brand title ends with an empty pair of parentheses and does not identify a colour, revision or variant, so match the delivered label to the ASIN rather than inferring a version from the page name.
Unusable dimension and weight fields
Amazon lists 58 × 46 × 72 cm and 150 g. FitBox Sports leaves its product length, width, height and weight fields blank, and neither source labels an open, folded or carton state. The 72 cm height and 150 g values therefore remain uncorroborated catalogue data, not measurements for a storage decision.
Handles, sockets and advertised positions
The brand describes 15+ workouts, colour-coded slots and non-slip ergonomic handles; Amazon describes sweat-absorbing, non-slip handles and an align-and-push setup. Neither publishes handle diameter, grip length, socket depth, insertion tolerance, retention method or a map proving how many arrangements accept both handles without interference.
Base, hinge and floor-contact evidence
The listing calls the structure non-slip and sturdy, but the cited sources do not identify underside-pad material, number, position or replaceability. They also omit board thickness, hinge geometry, deflection and a creep test on dry tile or polished marble, so the wording cannot support a floor-stability verdict.
Colour labels do not prove isolation
FitBox Sports maps hand positions to chest, shoulders, triceps and back in its catalogue prose. It publishes no comparison protocol, user geometry, range-of-motion definition or muscle-activity evidence for the exact board, so the colours are setup labels rather than proof that a position isolates the named area.
Accessories and service gaps
Neither exact source documents resistance bands, a band anchor or a resistance rating. The product page also publishes no product-specific warranty period, replacement-parts route or support scope; confirm the complete box contents and India service terms for this ASIN in writing.

Limitation: FitForFlats has not received or used this ASIN and has not verified its identity, dimensions, weight, handles, sockets, hinge, base flex, feet, movement on tile or marble, load behaviour, included parts, warranty or service response.

Option 02

Joyfit · JF-PUSH_BRD-MOD2 (suffix conflict)

Joyfit 14-in-1 Push-Up Board

Joyfit and Amazon agree on a foldable ABS board, two handles and seven rubber grips. They do not publish open or folded dimensions, and their part-number suffixes differ, so the exact black revision still needs to be matched at delivery.

May suit
May suit a shopper who values an explicitly listed pair of handles and seven rubber grips and can measure the board, inspect every socket and confirm the exact SKU before relying on the foldable claim.
Skip if
You need a published load limit, folded envelope, band attachment, product-specific warranty or evidence that the seven grips prevent creep on your tile or marble.

Research-only · listing evidence

This model has not been hands-on tested by FitForFlats. Facts below come from the named listings or documents and were checked on .

Part-number suffix conflict
Amazon lists part number JF-PUSH_BRD-MOD2-IND-001, while Joyfit's live product catalogue uses JF-PUSH_BRD-MOD2-BK-IND-001. The missing BK segment may denote the black variant, but the sources do not explain it; confirm the label and revision rather than treating the two identifiers as automatically interchangeable.
Documented box contents
Both sources list one push-up board, seven rubber grips and one pair of handles. Joyfit separately promises an emailed 14-day guide to customers who order on its own page, while the Amazon listing does not document that guide; do not assume the channel-specific bonus accompanies this ASIN.
Rubber grips are not a creep result
Joyfit says the ABS board has a non-skid base and seven rubber grips. It does not publish their dimensions, hardness, placement, replacement availability or a tile-and-marble protocol, so the count alone cannot establish movement under a user's changing push direction.
Handles, sockets and base flex
The sources say two handles attach to the slots but provide no grip diameter, handle spacing, socket depth, engagement tolerance or retention test. Board thickness, hinge construction, deflection and an allowable user-load definition are also absent.
Fourteen directions versus usable positions
Joyfit advertises 14 directions and maps red to chest, yellow to triceps, blue to shoulders and green to back. That is a manufacturer placement guide, not evidence of isolated exercise targeting; a usable position still depends on both handles seating fully and the user's shoulder width and technique.
Storage and accessory gaps
The board is described as foldable and compact, but neither source publishes open or folded L × W × H, product weight, approved storage orientation or hinge projection. Neither source lists resistance bands or a band attachment for this exact version.
Channel status and warranty gap
The brand page displayed the product as sold out while the exact Amazon page remained live when checked. Joyfit provides general contact and return links, but the product page states no model-specific warranty; verify availability, invoice eligibility, return route and service terms for the selected Amazon offer.

Limitation: FitForFlats has not inspected this ASIN, reconciled the two SKU suffixes, measured either envelope, counted usable handle arrangements or tested the grips, sockets, hinge, board flex, floor movement, included guide, warranty or India support.

Option 03

Lifelong · LLFAPBA01

Lifelong LLFAPBA01 3-in-1 Push-Up Board

Lifelong supplies the clearest model identity and lists suction-cup stability, 15 positions and a resistance-band attachment. Its product name says with resistance bands, yet the first-party and Amazon box lists do not include bands, so the accessory claim must not be converted into an included-parts claim.

May suit
May suit a shopper who can get Lifelong to confirm the exact attachment, band compatibility, folded measurements and warranty document for LLFAPBA01 before ordering.
Skip if
Resistance bands must be included, or you need a verified suction result on tile or marble, a diagrammed storage envelope, socket tolerances or a clearly documented warranty term.

Research-only · listing evidence

This model has not been hands-on tested by FitForFlats. Facts below come from the named listings or documents and were checked on .

Exact-model identity
Lifelong identifies LLFAPBA01 on its product page, and the Amazon ASIN carries the same 3-in-1 board description. The Amazon title does not say with resistance bands even though the brand title does, which makes the documented box contents decisive.
Resistance-band and in-box conflict
The brand title says with Resistance Bands and the feature strip says Resistance Band Attachment, but its What's in the box field lists only one push-up board. Amazon lists one push-up stand and one warranty card, not bands. No band count, length, resistance, carabiner or anchor geometry is published, so bands are not treated as included.
Dimensions and stored-state ambiguity
Amazon lists 73 × 25 × 20 cm and a 1,600 g item weight; Lifelong also lists 1,600 g but publishes no dimensions. Amazon does not label the figures open, folded or packaged, so they cannot establish cupboard, shelf or under-bed fit.
Suction is a claim, not a tile test
Lifelong advertises suction-cup stability, while Amazon uses broader non-slip language. Neither source gives cup count, diameter, material, contact layout or results on clean dry tile, polished marble, grout, dust or moisture; suction also needs a compatible smooth surface and inspection before each use.
Positions, handles and sockets
The sources advertise 15 positions and angles but publish no complete position map or distinction between printed slots, paired handle arrangements and other exercises. Handle diameter, socket engagement, tolerance, retention and usable shoulder-width range remain undocumented.
Load and base-flex gap
Lifelong calls 150 kg a weight rating and Amazon calls it a maximum weight recommendation. Neither source defines the test method, dynamic allowance or whether the number is a user-mass limit, and neither publishes board thickness or deflection at the handles.
Replacement and warranty ambiguity
Lifelong allows a replacement request within seven days for a damaged, defective or incorrect delivery and says other sales are final. Amazon lists a warranty card in the box, but neither exact source states its duration or covered parts; confirm the card, seller eligibility, pincode coverage and freight terms in writing.

Limitation: FitForFlats has not inspected LLFAPBA01 or verified whether bands are supplied, what fits the attachment, either dimension state, suction behaviour, handle and socket fit, board flex, load interpretation, warranty card or Lifelong service response.

Option 04

Shena / Mudgar Club · MC-SPB-STD-75

Shena MC-SPB-STD-75 75 cm board

This 75 cm African-mahogany Shena is a solid-board alternative to colour-coded folding systems. Amazon and Mudgar Club agree on the length and material, but they disagree on the size name used in the specification block and on the listed weight.

May suit
May suit someone specifically researching a non-folding wooden Shena and prepared to verify the bottom rubber contact, actual width, weight and three-month guarantee for the exact Amazon unit.
Skip if
You want plug-in handles, colour-coded positions, a resistance-band attachment, a compact folded envelope or manufacturer-corroborated load-test evidence.

Research-only · listing evidence

This model has not been hands-on tested by FitForFlats. Facts below come from the named listings or documents and were checked on .

Exact 75 cm identity
Amazon identifies model MC-SPB-STD-75 as the Standard 75 cm African-mahogany option. Mudgar Club's size selector also calls 75 cm Standard, but its specification block calls the same length Medium; record the model code and length rather than relying on the two size words.
Weight conflict and natural variation
Amazon lists 1 kg for the Standard unit. Mudgar Club lists 800 g for Medium 75 cm and notes slight variation with natural wood density. The 200 g difference exceeds an unquantified variation allowance, so weigh the delivered board and preserve its label before comparing portability.
Length, width and storage form
Amazon lists 75 × 6.5 × 2.5 cm. Mudgar Club corroborates only the 75 cm longitudinal size and does not publish width or thickness. This is a solid, non-folding board, so plan a 75 cm storage route and verify every outer dimension instead of comparing it with a folded plastic board.
Tile-contact claim without a creep protocol
Amazon says a rubber grip is fixed to the bottom for tiles and other plain surfaces; the brand FAQ says the board can be used on a flat surface. Neither source publishes rubber dimensions, contact area, hardness, replacement method or measured creep on tile or polished marble.
Different handle system
The Shena has a shaped wooden hand contact rather than detachable handles and colour-coded sockets. It therefore has no plug fit, socket tolerance or count of coloured positions to compare, and neither source documents a resistance-band attachment.
Marketplace-only load statement
Amazon lists a 200 kg maximum weight recommendation, while Mudgar Club's exact page does not publish or test that value. Kiln-dried wood and a solid form do not by themselves establish deflection, crack resistance or a safe user limit for the delivered natural-material unit.
Guarantee and availability conflicts
Mudgar Club displays a three-month guarantee but does not state its parts, exclusions or remedy in the cited product text. The same page rendered Unavailable while also exposing add-to-cart and remaining-stock cues, whereas the Amazon ASIN was live; confirm current supply and guarantee coverage with the brand and selected seller.
Care affects flat storage
Mudgar Club says to keep the wood dry and shaded, avoid rain and wet areas, and avoid dropping it. A storage slot near a wet balcony, bathroom or mopping path therefore needs explicit clearance even if the 75 cm board fits physically.

Limitation: FitForFlats has not inspected or weighed MC-SPB-STD-75, measured its width or thickness, identified the exact rubber contact, tested movement or deflection, reviewed the guarantee terms or verified the delivered wood, model and support response.

Option 05

Strauss · 12-in-1 / SKU 2000000200936

Strauss 12-in-1 Push-Up Board

The Amazon and Strauss titles align on the 12-in-1 foldable variant, but the official page gives only an unlabelled package-weight value. The Amazon dimensions, item weight, material and handle fields are not corroborated by the exact first-party page.

May suit
May suit a shopper who wants a current 12-position Strauss candidate and will verify the exact SKU, all handles and sockets, underside contacts and folded dimensions before use.
Skip if
You need named construction material, a load limit, resistance bands, a diagrammed storage envelope, model-specific warranty or measured performance on tile or marble.

Research-only · listing evidence

This model has not been hands-on tested by FitForFlats. Facts below come from the named listings or documents and were checked on .

Exact-variant boundary
Both titles describe the foldable 12-in-1 multi-colour product, and the first-party catalogue uses SKU 2000000200936. Strauss also publishes separate 13-in-1 and 16-in-1 pages, so specifications from those adjacent models have not been copied onto this ASIN.
Dimensions and weight do not reconcile
Amazon lists 20 × 4.5 × 34.5 cm and 0.93 kg but does not diagram the orientation or state. Strauss publishes no product dimensions and shows Package Weight: 878 without a unit. A package value cannot validate an item weight, and neither source establishes open or folded L × W × H.
Material and handle ambiguity
Amazon labels the material Other and the handle type rotating, rubber/foam; the official page says only high-quality durable materials. The exact sources do not state handle diameter, foam thickness, socket depth, retention or whether rotating describes the grip or catalogue taxonomy.
Twelve advertised arrangements
The sources describe a colour-coded layout with multiple grip positions for chest, shoulders, triceps and back. They provide no complete socket map, user-fit range or comparative exercise evidence, so 12-in-1 remains a catalogue count and the colours remain placement instructions rather than proof of isolation.
Base, hinge and tile evidence gap
The exact 12-in-1 sources do not identify the underside feet, pad material, contact area, hinge, board thickness or deflection. Non-slip silicone-pad claims found on Strauss's separate 16-in-1 ST-2756 page are not evidence for this model and have not been transferred.
Included-parts and band gap
Amazon calls the included component one pack of one set, while the official page does not enumerate handles or other pieces. Neither exact source documents resistance bands, an anchor or compatible resistance, so inspect the listing and delivered box rather than assuming a complete accessory set.
Support without a product warranty
The Strauss page identifies its marketer and publishes an India customer-care phone and email in the storefront, but it does not state a product-specific warranty term for this SKU. Confirm seller and invoice eligibility, replacement parts, support pincode and two-way freight before checkout.

Limitation: FitForFlats has not inspected this ASIN, confirmed SKU 2000000200936 on the delivered box, measured dimensions or weight, inventoried the set or tested the handles, sockets, hinge, base flex, feet, tile or marble movement, warranty or service response.

02

What this research can—and cannot—establish

This research-only guide connects five live Amazon.in ASINs to exact first-party product records checked on 25 August 2026. It is about push-up boards as equipment: floor contact, handle and socket fit, base behaviour, usable arrangements, included accessories, storage and India support. It is not a push-up programme, a body-transformation guide, a medical recommendation or a comparison of ordinary push-up bars.

FitForFlats has not received, assembled, measured or exercised on any candidate. Manufacturer phrases such as non-slip, sturdy, ergonomic, targeted or weight rating remain attributed catalogue claims. The page carries no winner, score, price, rating, review count, physique promise or safety verdict.

03

Test board creep on the floor you actually have

Non-slip can describe a handle, an underside pad or marketing copy without a floor-specific test. Tile glaze, marble polish, grout, dust, moisture, cleaning residue and the direction of force can change contact. Suction cups add another dependency: cup condition and a smooth, clean surface. None of the five sources publishes a common tile-and-marble creep protocol.

Before load, place the assembled board on one clean, dry, level surface and check that every intended contact point touches. Follow the delivered manual and use a conservative unloaded push from each intended direction. Stop if a foot lifts, the hinge opens, the board rocks, a socket releases or the unit moves. Do not add an improvised mat merely to rescue an unsuitable base; a soft layer can change board flex and stability.

  • Photograph and measure the underside-pad or suction-cup layout before first use.
  • Repeat the same check after cleaning and after any pad is removed, replaced or worn.
  • Keep the board on one continuous surface rather than across grout ridges, rugs or a mat edge.
  • Record movement in millimetres under a defined, within-manual protocol before making a no-creep claim.
04

A wide base can still flex, rock or hinge

A moulded board receives concentrated force around two handles. Board thickness, rib layout, plastic, wood grain, hinge design and the distance from a handle to the nearest floor contact all influence local deflection. A catalogue load number does not reveal any of them, and it does not describe repeated loading or an off-centre push.

Inspect the underside, hinge, fasteners and every socket before use. With the board unloaded, look for a warped half, daylight under a foot, cracks, whitening around moulded slots, hinge play and parts that do not close flush. A solid wooden Shena removes plug-in sockets and a folding hinge from the comparison, but still needs checks for cracks, flat contact and natural-material variation.

  • Ask for board thickness and underside-rib dimensions at the handle zones.
  • Ask whether a listed load is user mass, test load or static maximum and what protocol produced it.
  • Do not transfer a foot, material or load specification from a different model in the same brand catalogue.
  • Stop using a board if a crack grows, a socket deforms, the hinge no longer closes or the base rocks on a verified level floor.
05

Count usable handle positions, not printed holes

A position should mean a paired arrangement in which both handles insert to the specified depth, remain seated under a light unloaded check and leave enough clearance for hands and board edges. A marketing count may instead include individual holes, mirrored placements, colours or non-push-up exercises. The cited sources do not use one definition.

Handle fit is also personal. Record grip diameter, grip length, handle angle, distance between handle centres and the user's shoulder width for every intended arrangement. A board can advertise many slots while only a smaller subset works for one user or delivered handle revision. Do not force a tight handle, use a partly seated socket or widen a slot.

06

Colour lines are instructions, not proof of muscle isolation

Colour maps can make repeated hand placement easier. They do not, by themselves, establish that one position isolates a named muscle or produces a particular result. None of the exact-product sources publishes a controlled comparison that defines user geometry, technique, depth, tempo, joint angles or muscle-activity method for every coloured arrangement.

Treat the colours as the manufacturer's setup guide and follow the delivered manual. Do not turn chest, shoulder, back or triceps labels into anatomical guarantees, rehabilitation advice or body-transformation claims. Technique, range, user proportions and tolerance still need individual consideration; stop if an exercise causes pain and seek appropriate professional advice when needed.

07

A band attachment is not the same as included bands

Lifelong's exact page demonstrates the distinction: its name says with resistance bands and its feature strip says attachment, yet both visible box lists omit bands. The other four candidates do not document a band anchor for the exact model. A photograph, nearby bundle or related product is not enough to establish compatibility.

Before attaching any tube or band, obtain the anchor geometry, compatible connector, allowed pulling direction, resistance ceiling and inspection instructions from the manufacturer. Pulling laterally can change floor force and tipping behaviour. Never loop a band through a handle socket, hinge or moulded opening unless the exact manual authorises it.

08

Foldable is not a storage dimension

A useful storage record needs open and folded length, width and height at the outermost handle, hinge, latch, foot and pad. Product dimensions can describe an open board, one folded half, an upright orientation or the carton. FitBox's uncorroborated 58 × 46 × 72 cm and Strauss's undiagrammed 20 × 4.5 × 34.5 cm show why the field name alone is insufficient.

Remove handles only if the manual allows it and keep every small part in the measured stored envelope. Check cupboard depth, under-bed crossbars, door turns and whether the folded unit is allowed to stand on edge. The 75 cm Shena does not fold, and its dry-storage care adds a location constraint beyond simple length.

  • Ask for separate labelled open and folded L × W × H drawings for the exact ASIN revision.
  • Measure with all required pads, suction cups, handles and anchors accounted for.
  • Record whether handles store inside the board or require a separate container.
  • Keep wooden equipment away from wet mopping paths and store every board where it cannot fall onto children or pets.
09

Verify service and warranty for the selected Amazon offer

A brand contact, marketplace return window and product warranty are different things. Lifelong lists a seven-day replacement path for damaged, defective or incorrect deliveries while Amazon says a warranty card is in its box, but the exact sources do not state the card's term. Mudgar Club displays three months without publishing the scope in the product text. The other exact pages provide no model-specific warranty period.

Save the ASIN, selected variation, seller, invoice, model label, delivered contents and product-specific terms on the order date. Ask which sockets, handles, rubber grips, suction cups, hinges and wood defects are covered; whether replacement parts exist; who pays two-way freight; and which India pincodes the support route serves.

10

How to use the five research cards

Start by eliminating identity and room-fit mismatches. Resolve every conflict relevant to your choice in writing, then compare the exact delivered revisions under one documented floor and inspection protocol. A conditional may suit note is a screening prompt, not a recommendation.

The Amazon links are affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Commission does not change the alphabetical order, research-only labels or requirement for exact-model evidence.

11

Evidence needed before comparative claims

A later hands-on comparison should acquire the exact five ASINs, preserve catalogue snapshots and disclose how each unit was obtained. The protocol must measure both dimension states, handle and socket geometry, base contact, movement and deflection without exceeding any delivered instruction.

Only repeated observations under named conditions can support claims about creep, stability, setup, storage, wear or service. Manufacturer facts should remain labelled as listed facts, and a result from one material, floor, user or revision should not be generalized to every push-up board.
